Tests on CI

Now that you've got some unit tests working locally, let's get them running on CI.

Assignment

Remove the go version step from the "Tests" workflow, and replace it with a step that runs your tests. You should run them in exactly the same way as you do locally:

run: go test ./...

Break your code temporarily. We want to make sure that your CI fails when your tests don't pass. Commit and push the broken code and watch the workflow fail.

You'd be surprised how many times companies I've worked at thought they had CI that was checking for failures, but broken code didn't actually fail the CI. It's important to make sure that your CI is checking for failures.

Once you're convinced that the CI properly catches failing tests, fix your code, commit it and push it to GitHub. You should see your CI tests pass on GitHub.
