Cache Integration

It's time to make moving around the map feel a lot snappier. We'll use each request's URL as a cache key.

A lookup that finds data is a cache hit. A lookup that doesn't is a cache miss. On a hit, return the cached object. On a miss, make the request and save the parsed JSON object for next time.

Assignment

Give your PokeAPI class one cache to reuse across requests. Make its constructor accept a cache interval in milliseconds, and update where you create it to pass a value like 300_000 (5 minutes).
Check the cache before fetching location pages. On a hit, return the cached object without making a network request. Check for undefined to identify a miss.
On a miss, fetch and parse the response as before, then cache the object after the request and parsing succeed. Keep throwing errors when a request fails.
Add a closeCache() method to PokeAPI that stops the cache's timer, and call it from your exit command.
Add temporary logging for cache hits and network requests. Run map three times, then mapb: the first three commands should fetch different pages, and mapb should reuse the second page. Check that the location names still print normally.
Temporarily shorten the interval, wait for the page to be reaped, and revisit it. Verify that it makes a new request, then restore the longer interval and remove the logging.
